How to store and enjoy a frozen fruit
A frozen fruit keeps in the freezer, like a sorbet. A few simple steps to serve it at the right texture.
In the freezer
Keep in the freezer at −18 °C. Best enjoyed within 6 months of making. As soon as you collect it, or as soon as it is delivered, put it in the freezer.
Before serving
Take out 5 minutes before tasting for the perfect texture. The sorbet softens just enough to be eaten with a spoon, in the fruit.
To share
The largest fruits also come as a half fruit: frozen dragon fruit (60 DH), frozen mango (60 DH), frozen pineapple (110 DH), frozen watermelon (110 DH), frozen melon (110 DH), frozen coconut (110 DH).
